Leo’s passion for live entertainment began early, first as a musician touring festivals across Italy, then transitioning behind the scenes into technical production. By the age of 16, he was already helping to run small festivals and developing a solid foundation in stage technology, skills that would serve him well throughout his career.
Not long after, he joined the cruise ship industry, embarking on a 12-year journey that took him around the globe while collaborating on a wide variety of shows and productions. During his time off the ships, he continued to fuel his passion by working on mini festivals, concerts, and other creative projects, keeping his skills sharp and his connection to live events strong. Along the way, he gained experience across multiple technical disciplines but found his greatest professional fulfillment in automation and production management.
Today, Leo works as Technical Coordinator for Anystage, applying his broad experience and global perspective to support a variety of projects. He is committed to combining technical knowledge with practical solutions to ensure every production runs efficiently and to a high standard. With a career built on both artistic understanding and technical skill, Leo strives to help bring complex productions to life successfully on any stage.
